Smile & Oral Health Assessment
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is treatment already included in the ₱15,000?
Not yet.
The ₱15,000 fee covers a complete diagnostic workup and personalized treatment plan.
This includes your 3D scan, photos, gum and bite check, TMJ evaluation, and any needed periapical X-rays or T-Scan.
Actual treatments (braces, PST, FMR, etc.) are quoted after the Assessment.

2. Will I save money with this Assessment?
Yes.
Doing all these tests separately often costs ₱20,000+.
The Assessment bundles everything for ₱15,000 and gives you one clear, long-term plan.

3. I already have X-rays from another clinic. Can I use them? Will the price change?
Yes—please bring them.
If they are clear and recent, we may use them.
The fee stays ₱15,000 because it covers the comprehensive evaluation and planning, not just the X-rays.

4. Do I have to get the full Assessment, or can I just get a simple check-up and price?
You can choose either:
-
Regular consultation – for simple, one-tooth concerns.
-
Smile & Oral Health Assessment – for multiple or complex concerns.
The Assessment cannot be split into parts.

5. What is the 2026 Smile Priority Plan?
It’s a rate-lock offer that lets you keep 2025 treatment prices for your planned procedures if you:
-
Finish the Assessment by Jan 31, 2026
-
Pay the Reservation Fee by Mar 31, 2026
-
Start treatment by Jun 30, 2026
Your Reservation Fee is deductible from your total treatment cost.

6. Can I get the rate-lock even without the Assessment?
No.
The rate-lock is only for patients who complete the Assessment and follow the schedule above.

7. Can I pay now and do the Assessment later?
You may book and pay early, but the Assessment itself must be done by Jan 31, 2026 to qualify for the rate-lock.

8. Until when is my locked-in rate valid?
Your 2025 rate is protected as long as you:
-
Finish the Assessment by Jan 31, 2026
-
Pay the Reservation Fee by Mar 31, 2026
-
Start treatment by Jun 30, 2026
After that, updated fees may apply.

9. What if I miss any of the dates?
Your plan and fees may need to be updated based on current rates and your oral condition at that time.

10. Is the Reservation Fee refundable or transferable?
-
It is deductible from your total treatment cost.
-
It is non-transferable to another patient.
-
It is generally non-refundable, except for special clinical cases or if the clinic cancels the treatment.

11. Are senior/PWD/HMO discounts available for the Assessment?
The Smile & Oral Health Assessment is a special bundled service and is not discountable.
Government-mandated discounts apply only to eligible treatments under our standard fee schedule.

12. How do I book? What is your rescheduling or no-show policy?
You may pay on booking or on the day of your appointment (as advised by the clinic).
Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice (subject to availability).
Late cancellations or no-shows may lead to partial or full forfeiture of the fee.
Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
