What Is the Smile & Oral Health Assessment?

The Smile & Oral Health Assessment is a comprehensive first-step evaluation for patients with more than one concern. It is designed for people who may need:

Orthodontic treatment (traditional braces or aligners)
TMJ and bite/function care
Full-mouth rehabilitation (FMR)
Gum recession treatment, including Pinhole Surgical Technique (PST)
Or a combination of these

Instead of guessing, we look at your teeth, gums, function, jaw joints, and existing dental work — then build a long-term plan that makes sense for you.

What’s Included in the Assessment?

The Assessment brings together, in one visit:

Digital 3D intraoral scan (a precise 3D model of your teeth and bite)
Clinical photographs
Comprehensive evaluation of teeth and gums
Oral function assessment (how your teeth work together)
TMJ & bite/function analysis
Advanced digital bite analysis and focused X-rays, when clinically indicated
Personalized treatment planning & consultation with a written plan

Panoramic and cephalometric X-rays can be arranged separately through our partner diagnostic center or we can review recent, good-quality X-rays you already have.

If done separately, this level of diagnostics and planning typically reaches around ₱20,000+ (not counting treatment). We structured it into a ₱15,000 assessment so patients can make better decisions before investing in major treatment.

Who Is This Assessment For?

This is an ideal first step if you:

• Have crowded or crooked teeth and are considering braces or aligners

• Experience jaw or TMJ discomfort, grinding/clenching, or headaches

• Have worn, broken, or heavily restored teeth and think you might need full-mouth rehabilitation

• Notice receding gums or root exposure and want to know if you’re a candidate for Pinhole Surgical Technique (PST) or other gum treatments

• Have “a lot of dental history” and want one clear, coordinated plan

For patients who are likely to invest significantly in their mouth, the Assessment is a one-time, structured way to see the whole picture before committing.
